Portable CNC Oxy-Fuel Cutting in Eastern NC
KDC Welding LLC does portable CNC oxy-fuel cutting on-site across Onslow County, Eastern NC and beyond. The cut is made right on the steel, with no cutting table.
How the cut is done
Precision CNC torch cutting of steel, done on-site, right on the steel. The cutter clamps directly onto the beam, plate, channel or equipment, so no cutting table is needed.
- Cut openings, brackets, plates and parts right where the steel is, in the field or the shop
- Can mount vertically or upside down to reach the cut
- Cuts from DXF files, shapes built on its tablet, or traced from an existing part
- Clean, repeatable CNC cuts instead of freehand torch work
CN-Seamless Mach 1
The machine is a CN-Seamless Mach 1, a magnetic-mount oxy-fuel cutter that weighs about 25 lb. It was made by CN-Seamless in Raleigh, NC. It cuts on beams, plates, channel or equipment in the field with no table, including vertical or upside down.
- Mounts flat, vertical or upside down
- 68-inch diameter cutting range per setup, and it can be repositioned to keep cutting
- Cuts from DXF files, shapes built on its tablet, or traced parts
Made by CN-Seamless in Raleigh, NC.
