KDC Welding LLC brings portable line boring and bore welding to your machine across Onslow County, Eastern NC and beyond. We bring the machine to your equipment, so there’s no teardown and haul to a machine shop.
What we bore
Worn, egg-shaped pin bores make equipment loose and sloppy and wear out pins and bushings fast. We build them up and line bore them back to size on-site, right where the machine sits.
- Worn pin bores on excavator and loader buckets, sticks and booms, plus hinge points and pivots
- Automatic bore welding to build up worn bores, then rebore to size
- Small to large pin bores, up to 12 inches
- Facing tool to machine boss ends and faces flat
- Hydraulic bushing press to press worn bushings out and new ones in, on-site
S-Power S50
The line boring machine is an S-Power S50 from Mobile Machine Source. It sets up on your equipment, so the bore is repaired in place.
- 25 mm and 50 mm boring bars for small to large pin bores, up to 12 inches
- Automatic bore welding to build up worn bores, then rebore to size
- Facing tool for boss faces
- Hydraulic bushing press for on-site bushing removal and install
